Why We Study Law

2016-12-18 11:50:05 · answer #2 · answered by ? 4 · 0 0

Anyone can use the law.

But to participate in a profession it is necessary to qualify for that profession. To be a professional lawyer you must prove to a responsible group of people that you have sufficient knowledge and ability to work in this profession.

Might as well ask, why study medicine. I have a chainsaw, if you want your appendix out, give me a call.

Why licence people to drive, driving isn't so hard.

Why is politics the only profession where you don't need any qualifications or experience.

To not study law would be like playing a game of cards when only one person knows what the rules are. How would you know if they are telling the truth or not? Or would you just blindly accede to what they are saying?

some body needs to know the law to help protect are rights and so we can't be charged for some thing we didn't or charged for some thing we did do.

THERE'S SEX-ED. THERE'S DRIVER'S ED. WHERE THE

HELL IS RIGHTS ED? YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD

PUT A LITTLE MORE INTO TEACHING US OUR RIGHTS.

YOU WONT KNOW HOW VALUABLE THE KNOWLEDGE

OF THE LAW IS UNTIL YOUR RIGHTS ARE BEING

VIOLATED AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THOSE ARE.
