We say highly qualified people enhance social and society ethics, so why the ratio of divorce is rising faster

Firstly who told you that highly qualified people enhance social & society ethics? People busy in their higher education hardly get time for fulfilling social obligations & you say they enhance social ethics, these guys hardly know what all the social laws & ethics are, after finishing their study they get good jobs & get busy in the organization work they join. By the time their family members find a suitable match for them, fix the dowry & all and ask them to go through the marriage ceremonies as told to them, by the time they understand what all this marriage was all about they find they are struck with a person whose neither of their educational standing nor professional/job standing, then the battle of divorce really begin, these very people in the mean time meet new colleagues in the job whom they find more attractive & suitable for themselves & here they indulge in the illicit sexual relationship. So on one side they are with a spouse not suitable & other side a colleague much better & suitable to their taste. In between they have to decide one & then they go in for their own choose that means getting divorce from their spouse. This is how the vicious circle of marriage between non equals & divorce goes on. These people whom you call highly qualified are only academically so not socially or ethically. They don't understand the meaning of marriage & how to cope with their spouse. During the divorce proceedings all sort of matrimonial counseling goes on but it is too late for any settlement for their matrimonial home, these matrimonial counseling’s should have been given to these people before actual marriage, made them to understand the real concept of marriage. But the parents of these people hardly bother about all this, they think our child is mature enough to understand every thing lets not waste time on all these issues, rather we should be more bothered about getting more or getting reduced the dowry depending on the qualification of our children. This is the hard reality I have told you & I know many of the people who are highly qualified will not agree with me unless they are in soup at the moment, as I know few of them who have already answered this question.

Let take a look at what you said, Highly qualified people. What percent of the people are highly qualified to enhance society? Do you know even they have more problems than you or myself. Do you recall when congress try to impeach President Clinton for his encounter with an intern. Did you know that the members of that board was no better than the President? Four members of the board was having affairs themselves but yet they want to impeach the President.

We live in a disposable society, marrage has become just another soda can.

Real reasons
1. The 1960 taught us that we should just be accepting of any and all bad behavior. To condem someones actions is being "intolerant". So we accept all kinds of crap that we should not.
2. The family as a institution has been under attack for years and the same people that brought us the above crap.
3. Religion has fallen by the way side as a core value of society as a whole.
4. Our work ethic as been erroded. If people do nolt want to work for a living then what makes us think they are willing to work at a marrage.

Due to so called high qualification, everyone wants to ride same boat and due to this boat gets jam packed and starts to get sink. Likewise, everyone treats themselves as unique and thinks that other person is not equivalent to him.

Most of the couples in society are working and earn more or less same perks and enjoy benefits. Hence, he/she doesn't want to compromise and thinks that they alone can live better life and dont need anyones support.

God is not a foolish one - he could have created man alone or woman only or animals only so that they can easily live. But to live systematic life and enjoy the fruits of life, support is needed very much.

Can u live a life atleast for a day without taking anyones help ? Probably no.

These divorced path goes no where. See these people will one day would like again to live with someone.

"highly qualified" sounds like they have college degrees which has nothing to do with social ethics - everyone has them. Ethics are a delineation of priorities. Maybe people are valuing other things like ... freedom from abuse, boredom, artificial roles above a artificial institution that can be limiting.

Even Earlier Men in India used ot have the same rights but the divorces were very few. With the current policies and laws that are genderbiased and the Govt, Judicial and Law'n Order Machinery being absolutly biased in the name of Women Equality and Empowerment as made India's today's Girls and their folks complacent of being scot free and ancouraged to mis use these laws towards their greed for money.

These days a lot of Families get their daughter's married so that they can extract money of their well placed highly paid son-in-laws. And after this son in law realises that he is being manipulated and extorted when he puts his foot down he and his family's life is then destroyed by this woman and her family and sued for Dowery Harassment, Domestic Violence, custody of the child even though it the Wife's and her family's fault the Courts of India blindly support the Womean's party and the husbands party has just 2 options one is to fight life long destroying all their lives and careers since the lousy Indian courts with dumb Judges and money hungry wolf Lawyers do not decide and push cases for like 14-15 years or pay the Demanded money and go for a Mutual.

Indian Women and her folks these days look at this process as the easiest and the best way of making quick money by making these daughters prostitutes for may be 1./2-5yrs and then extort money. Sorry for using the Word "Prostitute" but thats what I would call women who get married just for money and at the time of Divorce seek alimony and maintenance if not file criminal cases to extort or use the child as a trumph card to extort money in their name.

This is the main reason why Divorces are on a rampant increase!!

Note I am not against women but definitly against Women who do not respect marriage or fmaily relationship and value money more!!!

and we have a few bitches like Girija Vyas who has got no family, Renuka Chowdary who is busy extorting money from her UK based Industrialist Son-in-law through her daughter's dowaery harassment cases - who encourage all young girls to follow their footsteps so that like them these poor girl's lives too are destroyed and a lot of girls and their folks who are only looking at money go for this option.

The more educated and qualified people are, they become more and more confident of their point of view. and becomes unwilling to compromise. Hence more divorce.
