That completely depends on the character of the person.
In my case, I always am truthful, straightforward and kind.
That can make me a target at times for the back biting crowd, but I'm fine with it.
It's a reflection of others and tells me all I need to know about them.

If I said it's easier for me to lie would you believe I was telling the truth?

it's usually easier to tell the truth because you can relieve urself of the guilt that way and it isnt that hard for the other person to forgive u after they find out u told the truth. I'm personally not a good liar which is why i usually tell the truth. If a person catches you in a lie the consequences are worse, it is harder to regain their trust, and you feel even more guilty.

That really depends on the situation for me. Lying when you're in a bind gets you out of trouble really quickly, but then LATER you have to remember everything you made up and keep everything you say in the future consistent with what you said before in your lie...so lying is easier in the short term but more difficult in the long run.

Telling the truth is easier in the sense that you just say what's true, but it's not always easy to actually come out and say some things. It's complicated.

There are times when it would be really nice to tell a lie but then there are always the chances where you might have to explain your lie and wish you told the truth in the beggining so you aren't in the place you are now.. I HIGHLY suggest the truth.. and I pick the truth.. unless it's one of those moments where your best friends asking if you think her bum is big.. we know it's not and if it is.. still lie.. can't remove the hurt after that one!

The truth, it's just easier to get it over with than to try to remember the whole lie.

It is easier to tell the truth. From a very young age I always had a conscience about telling the truth. Lying hurts people and yourself.

tell the truth always, you might get the 'look' from it but then it is over and done with. A lie never ends and you have to remember what your lie was
