We have an Administrative Officer who is full of principles and cooperative to the staff and he is resigning from the office. We the administriave stafff would like him to to stop resigning

yes..i agree..you have to know the reasons for his resignation first.After that you can try to overcome the problems that made him want to resign.

Problem with the boss,income may be some of the reasons.

You have to find out why he's leaving. Is it cos of his boss? Is he moving to another state? Did someone else make him an offer he can't refuse? If he has genuine and good reasons for leaving, it'd be selfish to keep him unless you can match his new prospects.

Request your employer to increase the salary of you administrative officer.
