How do you transfer an iTunes library from mac-PC?

I have a Mac laptop and a PC desktop. I want to move all my music from the laptop to the desktop, but I can't get my network to work properly. What is the easiest way to get my entire iTunes library (1.5 gigabytes) from the Mac to the PC while still retaining my song ratings?

You can do this my copying your itunes folder to DVD or thumb drive, If you hav a 2gb thumb drive, and put them on the other computer. All your song info will move with the songs....
