I live in Mexico and my boyfriend lives in Louisiana. I've got him a job and a place to live in Mexico and he wants to fly here and be with me. We haven't seen each other since March! He's 17 and has a passport and has graduated High School. But his mom doesn't want him to go... Then she fights with him all the time and makes him miserable... If he came anyways what would happen? Would he be arrested if they found him? Or could he fly here and once he is in Mexico be fine? Please help me! If you want anymore info please email me x_untilprovenguilty@yahoo.com.

He will need a passport and a visa. I am not sure he can get a visa if under 18 without his parents signature.
If he flies to Mexico without a visa and a passport, he will be held at customs, possibly taken to the US Embassy, and returned to the United States.

His mom has every right to keep her son from going to Mexico at the age of 17. If he goes anyway by running away think of what it would do to her. It doesn't matter what the law says here, it's tearing a family apart. He's only 17 and he would be making the wrong choice if he left anyway. When will he be 18? His mom is still responsible for him until he turns 18. He really needs to consider what his mom's reasons are why she doesn't want him to go. After all she is only looking out for his best interests. Love is blind sometimes and I hope he really thinks this through. Why don't you go to Louisiana?

When he finds out how little he makes in Mexico he will want to come home to the good old USA. He should not move to Mexico. He needs to stay home and continue his education. A man cannot make enough to support a family with a minimum wage job which is what you get without an education. If you care about him, don't encourage him to disrespect his parents. Don't know your age, but you could have charges filed against you for a myriad of broken laws pertaining to minors.

Why don't you both just grow up? Can't either one of you wait for a few months or a year until he is 18 and of legal age? Trust me, it is not a lot of time. If you are that immature, then your relationship will probably not work out.

i think of you are able to pass on. you're 17, you are able to incorporate existence. cling out along with your human beings, pass on dates, yet do not date completely. human beings replace lots from the time whilst they're sixteen to the time they turn 23. stay your existence, do not waste it on some guy who basically waited a week to initiate relationship somebody else...

you should ask him how is his mom exactly making his life miserable... because ''bitching'' can have several meanings, like when a parent ''bitches'' at you to turn your comp off when ur too late online, or ''*****'' at us to do our laundry...we see it annoying but we also gotta have limits and responsabilities while we're living under their care and it doesnt mean they hate us, mostly like they love or care about us, even if some of them can't show it emotionally.
