Now that is funny ! Check the posts & how immature the liberals are about conservatives or as you say neocons.
Pot shots at the President is constant.
I agree it is childish of liberals.

I find your question rather naive'. Taking "shots", cheap or otherwise,is a part of the democratic dialog. It is necessary for free societies to remain free.

But you show your prejudice when you say "right wing" conservatives. It is understood that conservatives are on the right.

To believe that liberals don't take "cheap" shots seems to indicate that you don't evaluate the merits of any contrary opinions.

I personally don't like liberalism, but I do feel that those on the left are tough enough to take some criticism

Ad hominims are prevalent on both sides of the aisle, but the left uses them more frequently, and with little relevance to the debate.

Calling Ted Kennedy a murderer may be a cheap shot, but it isn't false, nor is calling Byrd a former KKK member. Considering they are both advocates for "minority rights" it puts a little perspective on that.
Saying Ann Coulter has an adams apple is just a cheap shot and irrelevant to anything.

Why do right wing conservatives have to be afraid of violent attacks, attacks on their character, property vandalism, rock throwing, arson,.....all from left wingers? Where I live, you can't say anything or express anything that is contrary to liberal thought. Aren't they suppose to be tolerant and open to all ideas? Aren't they suppose to be the ones fighting for free speech? Not in this country....I know which way you lean and realize there is not way to get you to see different viewpoints, but I had to say my peace. Thank you for the opportunity.

How? By comparing them to Hitler? No, those would be the cheap shots of the libs against Conservatives. (I certainly wouldn't call a comparison of Hitler and Conservatives a cheap shot. In fact, I'd call it the lowest one can stoop. Even lower than John Slip-and-Fall Edwards driving up the price of health care with multi-million dollar lawsuits).

For the same reason that left wing liberals take pot shots at Repubs. They are all a bunch of swine.

Shut up, you whinny jerk-nosed liberal Al Gore hugger!!!!

Sorry, I couldn't resist. In politics, it is far easier to be offensive than reasoned. I agree that this trend exists, but some liberals are equally as bad from the other side. Reasoned discussion is hard!!!

I think you have that backwards...but everyone of every political background takes cheap shots at eachother. No one party is better then the other.
