Anyone have any ways to help me calm down. I hate finals so much! I am so worried about my latin final. I dont understand latin it is so hard and strange. Help please!

The entire class doesnt get it and its not just that final ive got geography english science geometry and latin. at least i dont have to worry about my internet tech final but ahhhhhh

I am in the same boat as you. I have two finals tomorrow back to back. I think that one way or another it will be over soon. Just try the best that you can and say a little prayer for luck.
Good luck on the finals and just get some sleep and so that you can do the best that you can.
Also remember that you are not the only one with these feelings.

Pray and read the bible and ask God to help you .
Listen to relaxing music and try to take a hot bath and drink some hot tea.
But don't let your tea bag seamer but for a min in oppose to 5 mins coz it will make it stronger and if you are tensed already you dont need any more caffenine!!

Your only a freshman?...wow. I'm a frosh. in college, but you are a frosh. in H.S and you have senioritis?..chill. It'll be over before you know it. Trust me. Just take a break. Study the damn thing for 30 mints. or 3x a week. It'll refresh you memory instead of over doing it, cramming etc.
