Sounds ridiculous but whether humans will accept or deny, the fact is that humans belong to the Kingdom Animalia. But as the luckiest animals? Not in everything, maybe humans are lucky enough being highly privileged with the intellectual powers which gives humans more advantages over the other animals.

Only the human animal can understand and measure luck. Other animals don't have a clue. Same goes with intelligence. Only human intelligence can be measured. So, yes. By default.

Every living thing has its own blessings. There are many things we wish we could have like animals: freedom, strength, ability to fly, swim, etc.
