Have a seamstress put a false panel that buttons down over holes that are made for your breasts to come out to feed baby.

One of the cleverest ways to do this was related to me by a friend. Her sister developed this way to feed her daughter, even in public restaurants. She put a matching scarf around her neck that she had sewn a piece of Velcro (hook and loop tape) onto, in the back. Then, when it was time to feed her child, she put the scarf (made of light-weight fabric so the baby could breath) around her neck, with the largest portion of the fabric in the front, covering her and the baby.
Next, she unfastened the front of her clothing and bra so the baby could suckle. No one but her family knew what she was doing. Once, while in a restaurant, she was feeding her baby, a friend came by who hadn't seen the baby yet. The friend asked to see the baby, and the child's mother, a very bright woman, said, "She eating right now, perhaps a little later." The friend immediately understood, and returned to her table.
