I think at 4, the ticketmaster link with all the dates will have a link in each date that you have to put in the password.
I'm trying to figure out this, too, but I'm kind of ignorant on all of these things.
I'm afraid the tickets for San Bernardino will get sold out fast since it's the only host in tha LA area, so yeah.
I suggest just waiting till 4 to see if they have a certain link open just for the pass.
