Tylenol PM is the greatest invention since white bread. Pop 2 or 3 and you will definitely go to sleep, in a nice dreamy sort of relaxed way. I dont take them everynight, but when I need pain relief along with my usual problem of slow to sleep, they are a godsend. I swear by them cuz they always work for me.

Yes they do work. They contain an ingredient called diphenhydramine that helps you sleep. The same ingredient is in Unisom, Benedryl and many others. So just read the labels, get the product that contains this ingredient and go for the cheapest price. Diphenhydramine is also not habit forming.

I've never taken them, but if you have taken benadryl and it makes you sleepy then tylenol pm should. the sleep aid in it is the same drug as benadryl.

I've taken them and yes they work fairly well. But if you have aches that keep you up you should try Advil PM

i have used excedrin PM and YES they do work.
you will sleep thru the whole night.
i don't now about tylenol tho.

they worked for me too but made me feel groggy in the morning even after 8 hours or more of sleep.

I have to have friends in the US send them to me here in Canada, because they don't sell them here. Yes they work.

yep, they do work. just make sure you have enough time to sleep and you don't have to wake up early or anything.
