I don't know if this is a scam or not, but I have my doubts because of the high rate of return that they say that they make.

What i usually tell people that I advise is that you should NEVER put any money into anything that you don't understand well. If you can't explain to somebody the way that the investment works (where the returns are coming from) then you do not need to invest in it.
