I remember "ghost in the graveyard"! It was a lot of fun. My favorite game though was a bit more of a competition. Croquet! We had a VERY large backyard so we could set it up over about a 40 yard length. We had to have a heavy duty set or we broke it in a hurry......lol.

My brother and I had a board game called "Championship Baseball" (or something like that) that we basically deconstructed and modified into our own game that we could play with our baseball cards. We'd roll dice and keep box scores and then tally up all the stats at the end of the season and vote for All-Stars, MVP, Cy Young, etc. I still have all my stats from those games, and that was probably 20 years ago!

Before your time, we played cowboys and Indians. Inventive and imaginative play, and excersize. Then, in high school, I learned to play docktor with the girls, That was even more fun. But never tell....never.

A board game called "PayDay" ... I used to love to get the little fake postcards and bills when you landed on the "mail" spot.
