I really don't think you could consider the patriots, or the cowboys because both of those teams made the playoffs this year so you really can't consider that a bad year. The Panthers don't need much to improve so they are the easiest pick but i am going to go out on a limb and say the raiders not just because they had a decent draft but because they can't get much worse then they are so up is the only place they can go. The Cardinals are going to surprise allot of people this year and i wouldn't be surprised if they had an outside shot at the playoffs.

The Pittsburgh Steelers coming off a disappointing season, will get back to the playoffs this year. Last year, Big Ben had a big string of bad luck, the motorcycle crash, emergency appendectomy and concussion. When he finally came back, which I thought was too soon, he just wasn't himself. He was rushing throws, off target and anticipating hits. This year he'll be healthy and manage the game like he did in 05. Mike Tomlin is young and enthusiastic about coaching and wants to win. Their defense is pretty much intact, with the exception of Joey Porter, but with Lawrence Timmons and LaMarr Woodley rotating at OLB they'll do just fine. The surprise pick in the draft will be Dallas Baker, WR, Florida in the 5th round. He's a big, tall body and can go up to make the catch. I'm predicting AFC title game, win or lose I don't know.

The Buccaneers they haved picked up some oustanding players this off-season. And they drafted the great defensive-end for Kiffin to teach. So I think the Bucs will go 12-4 or 11-5 or 13-3 or 14-2 or 15-1 or 16-0!!

I guess that depends on what you mean by comeback. as a raider fan I think they will improve, but not enough to make the playoffs.
Detroit should be better on Off, and should compete in most of their games but still won't make the Post season

Panthers should have been good the last two years, and haven't, so I think their head down the wrong way.

AZ looks better, but they still don't have much of a Def, and only slightly better on the Off line coach and have to play Seatle and SF.

The Titains with a full year under Young is my pick.

just like last year i have to say the cardinals. they have the talent on the offensive side of the ball to really do something. if they played in the north division of the nfc they would be good but they play with the rams, seattle and the niners.

cowboys and new england cannot be considered as comeback seasons. maybe the cowboys a lil bit because of how they finished the season.

the browns will not be good this year or next maybe down the road with the young talent they got but they have no line or a good running back. i know they got lewis from the ravens but he kinda has tailed off in his carrer the last couple of years. plus they play in the afc's hardest division. they shouldn't have traded to pick up quinn and lose their next years top 10 pick.

i say the cardinals in the nfc and the steelers in the afc.

Jacksonville will make some noise this year. A stout def got better in the draft. Two headed Rb. M.Drew Jones is a beast. Leftwitch is in a contract year so he needs to stay healthy and do well. Their WR are average. Their Def and RB's will carry them far beyond their 8-8 season last year.

Well, New England has already won Super Bowl #4...but I think Pittsburgh will bounce back and be a playoff contender...Also, I see maybe Arizona surprising a lot of people and starting to put that high powered offense together for possible playoff contention...

Give it up for the Niners, baby.

With a completely recharged and revamped offense, Alex Smith comfortable, Gore running like he does and a variety of new targets for our QB, this is going to be a Niners team like we haven't seen in years.

They'll take the NFC West for sure.
