Linkin Park has really changed their style of music, but that doesn't mean that we should disregard this album. I listen to the new album as something different. They're having fun trying to discover a new way of performing music.
I like the CD. I especially like Bleed It Out, Leave Out All the Rest, and Hands held high, partially because I like Mike Shinoda's rapping.

I have been playing the crap out of that CD. I like it a lot and I was extremely hyped to get it. I don't, however, think it's nearly as good as they're older stuff (Hybrid Theory and Meteora, not that Jay-Z crap...Reanimation was alright, but also on a different level). This album is pretty political which I don't really like. I don't think this stuff is as mainstream either. It won't be as big as Meteora or Hybrid Theory. They've definitely changed. I do love it though. My favorite song is Shadow of the Day, but I absolutely love Bleed It Out as well.

It's ok but not as good as their earlier stuff, just my opinion.
