Have you read the "Free Paris" petition? They forgot to mention the movie she is most famous for, which as most of us have heard is "One Night In Paris". Why did they leave that out, I wonder?

I beleive there is one, and it has more signatures than the 'free paris' petition which was set up by her friends!

If she is dumb enough to think that she can get away with driving while banned she deserves to go to jail. I mean, a normal person might just manage it without getting caught, but Im sure most people would recognise Paris Hilton, and most people would know that she was banned.....duh!

She should serve her sentence and show people that rich people are not above the law. If she doesnt serve, than she is above the law, I dont understand why her mom need to protect her?! For goodness sake, she is old enough to be responsible for her action. Is it anyone's fault that she doesnt read what she sign? that is stupidity. Let her sign a document quick to donate billion of dollars on something! I also find it so funny hearing the news today that she is going through a trauma or something. what's next? suicide atempt bec she is going to serve jail time? I think alot of people have worst situation than her and does not have a break down. BTW, where i sign???

Yes. Paris Hilton is a bad example. She should spend time in jail so that her head will finally see how a big embarrassment she had been.

Do you honestly think any little petition is gonna keep her out of jail? The Governator basically laughed at a question about it during a press conference. How bad would he look if he stepped in and kept her out of jail? The DA's office doesn't care who she is, they'd look bad also if they just drop the case. DA's get elected also. She's going to jail and if not, I'm going to lose some faith in our justice system. I don't mind if she gets out early for good behavior (if she's eligible) but she's gotta be in jail for at least a little while.

Absolutely! I mean, she just posed for this full body sculpture of her "dead" self after a drunk driving accident, meaning it to be a public service announcement against drinking and driving, but I think the best thing is to serve her time.....what better way to set an example than to say "I am a celebrity, but I have to pay like everyone else. I am not special or different!" ?

Of course admitting that she is nothing special isn't news to anyone, she's an over-rated, spoiled, pampered ignorant, 2-bit slut with no class and even less personality.....but in her mind she thinks she's God's greatest gift.....poor poor delusional child!!!!

Yes, she needs to do her time. They should also make her put on one of those lovely jumpsuits and pick up trash in the park and expressways for 8 hours a day, and spend the evenings in jail,

She is a spoiled rich brat and needs to do her time just to learn a little about responsibility for her actions.

It is highly doubtful though that she will learn from just one jail sentence.

Ha ha that last line WAS funny...But no i don't believe in a petition...She made a few mistakes just like anyone else..i think it would be scary for anyone to be in jail..i do believe justice should befall her though..whatever it takes to make her learn a lesson..
