Most of the time, no. But there is one scum bag I do hold a grudge against. He was like a brother to me. But I became friends with someone who was enemies with his friends. He turned on me, went with his other friends and tried to hurt my new friend through me. As soon as I caught on to his little game, I ended the friendship with him and I hope to never see him again. He's tried to contact me saying I'm still his brother and it's a shame what happened. I either delete the email or hang up. I never want to see him again. Today, the friend he tried to hurt is my best friend in the world and I'm far better off.

Yep. I have held a grudge against a girl I went to high school with for the past 18 yrs. She slept with my boyfriend at the time.

I used to be a real grudge holder until I realized just how much negative energy all that anger and hurt caused, and how mean and nasty it really made me feel. I still get angry of course by after a good fume I let it go.

Depends on what it is that has been done to me. Lots of things are easier to let go than others. I aspire to be a non-grudge holding person, but--unfortunately--I'm not perfect.

I try not to but yes sometimes I do. I still kinda' have one against someone from junior high, and I am now 24! This chick just really made me mad and said a very hurtful thing about my best friend and I.

Yes and No. If it was something really wrong. Then yes for like a year. Then i start to miss that person or the "old times" we had together.

If it was something simply. Then no i get over it really fast.

If the person intimidated me and I could not do anything about it at the time.

Then yes.

As we used to say, when I was little, "One day! When you least expect it! The joke will be on you!"
