I have tried many eyeliners..... but none seem to stay on all day.... what is the best eyeliner out there?????

I know they are on the expensive side but I think Chanel do the best eye and lip liners.

I have found one that is an eyeliner with a sealer built in. I have the most oily skin possible and normal eyeliners won't stay on, even topped with powder eye shadow. This one stays on me ALL DAY!!! Try Styli-style. It is awesome! I found it at the CVS Drug Store although they DO NOT carry it online. I have found it other places online however, just Google it.

I use Bare Minerals powder eyeliner. It's great! If you use a little eyeliner brush and dampen it then apply the eyeliner it looks wonderful. During the day it doesn't rub off it stays in place=] I loveee it.

I don't think you will find one. But a liquid eyeliner might stay on longer than a pencil would. But I really like pencils better. I use maybelline. Especially with the weather and the summer heat, it's hard to keep your makeup intact without it melting off.

I like Almays kohl eyeliner pencil.It goes on really soft.

mayb u should try waterproof ones..
i use the clinique brush on.. its in a little container n u get a brush (comes with it) and dip it in and apply.. its GREAT!!! i love that eyeliner..

Go to the makeup girls that they usually have at the counters in makeup stores and ASK. They usually have really good advice and know what they're talking about.
