Down by 3 runs, bottom of the ninth, full count, walk-off grand slam to win the game? That would be amazing.

The late Bo Diaz hit one for the Phillies against the Mets back in '83 down by three with two outs in the bottom of ninth. Not sure what the count was, though.

On June 30th, 2006, Adam Dunn hit a grand slam in the bottom of the ninth to give the Reds a 9-8 victory over the Cleveland Indians.

However, Dunn homered on the second pitch of his at bat.

Its happened lots of times for sure. I don't any specific games but with there being almost 2500 games a year it has to happen. I doubt it happens once a year like that other guy said though. Grand slams are fairly common but not walk-offs. Adding the full count to the equation makes it even less likely. I'm not mathematician..but the odds on that have to be less than one in 2500.
