Hang it outside (shield from bird poop) and let the sun shine on it.
A constant breeze outside will do wonders.
After that if you still smell a faint oder, Imbue it with another scent.
Febreeze AFTER the outside for a couple of hours.

The parasdichlorobenzene you smell is a volatile substance, simply airing it out long enough will remove the odors.

stick it in the closet, air it out and put a gain joyful scents dryer sheet in a plastic bag with the dress and it will smell good.
