Nice poll, I switched parties.
Looks like there are more Democrats registered than Republcans and the independent swing is definatley in favor of the demcrats in the next Congress again another flushing of the dead branch war preaching and torturing republicans will take place.
Their platform is in bad shape.

Republicans have no hold on the government. In the next election a republican will not win because of the disastrous effects of our current presidency. Polls are often manufactured or in a small group. Also, it varies who will respond to the polls. It is often the people that are pissed off, however. It makes since, because in the Bush reign, polls showed democratic interest, while the government did not reflect this. Right now, Republicans are on the losing side, the angry minority is calling in and giving their opinion. Go Obama!

Independent Bush Supporter. Key word, Independent.
And yes, we decide elections. Party members stick with their parties.
But, while I'd vote for a moderate liberal like Lieberman, who is strong on national defense, most Democrats don't make the grade.

The democratic led congress currently shares one very important thing with the President: a 35% approval rating. It took Bush a few years to achieve that. It took congress 4 months. And Bush is, of course, on an upward trend.

indepdence have always been the group to convince - rep's vote rep and dem's vote dem. everyone else is up for grabs; and with most people not voting, races are easily thrown in either direction at late stages in elections.

I'm 85% certain we'll have a Conservative in the White House in 2008. If we don't in 2008 and Her Tragedy the Queen is elected I GUARANTEE we'll have one in 2012.
