i read somewhere on yahoo answers that 1 of the legendaries aren't allowed 2 go 2 diamond & pearl but i forgot which legendary. maybe i was seeing things.

Every pokemon is allowed to go to pearl and diamond version as long as you trade with your friend cause dialga is only available at diamond and palkia is only at pearl
