Yeah, good question. A taxi isn't good enough and they probably don't want a chauffeur witnessing in on their illegal escapades. They feel invincible and exempt from the law with their endless bank accounts too.

BECAUSE THEY ARE SPOILT BRATS. HAVE NO UPBRINGING , HAD A VERY EASY LIFE. A FEW CANES TO THEIR BACKSIDES YEARS AGO , WOULD HAVE MADE THEM MATURE ADULTS. I BELIEVE VERY STRONGLY- SPARE THE ROD AND SPOIL THE CHILD. SORRY IF I SOUND HARSH.
