squishy bump near anal canal?

well I was wiping my *** and I felt it, it was just outside the anal canal on the bottom lip it doesnt hurt and i am 100% sure its not an STD, it doesnt really hurt or itch but yeah id like to know what it is

i am 17 5'8 150 pounds and i workout

I dont bleed btw

it is probably an external hemarrhoid, you may have a history of constipation, as long as you don't hurt or bleed leave it alone. confirmed diagnosis is by direct visualisation by a doctor, good luck
