Not really. Some actions are made when a person can't handle the things being thrown at them. They more than likely don't mean to do these things.
You can be a very hard worker and still a mean person, who hates your job and everyone that's part of it.
It all depends on how you look at it I suppose.

In my life they do... I feel actions much louder than words because I'm used to people blowing off steam and saying things they don't mean... but leave me or hit me and it will be more intense

I think so. If someone says they will do something then doesn't do it and someone else does it instead--who would you go for. You can't talk anything into being or getting done. It takes the actions.
