Stephen is a TRUE conservative - tells it like it really is and he's even humorous sometimes.

Your so right . I don't know about you , but I would say that all the debates have no substance to them at all.
Has anyone learned anything of interest about the issues .
This group of candidates is a lot of fluff , where is that hard core of ideas for Americans to grasp on to ?

Hahaha the thing is Steven Colbert is funny because the things he makes fun of are real problems!!

They would never want to let him moderate a debate because they don't want to debate real problems!!!

Awww c'mon people!!!

Like some of you say "he's JUST a comedian!"

So he shouldn't be too much to handle!

Let him moderate the debate! After all what does he know?? "He's JUST a COMEDIAN!"

Hey, Unfrozen:

Maybe it would scare the Republicans to ask Colbert to Moderate the next debate like Breck-Girl Edwards, Billary, and Osama-bama are scared of FOX News. No soft-ball questions on that channel, like the lovers of the Democrat Party from NBC, CBS (lit'l Katie), ABC, and CNN.

Steven Colbert (Kohl-Burt) is such a leftist that Jane Fonda slipped him the tongue on his TV show. Besides Chris Matthews is a lib. At least the GOP aren't discriminatory in who they allow to ask the debate questions.

Because Stephen is most definitely NOT a Conservative. He simply mocks Conservatism to the highest possible degree. Look it up, he is actually a "self-proclaimed" liberal.

I think they want a serious debate, not one filled with comedy. Though it would be funny, have him do one for both parties, I would probably laugh until I vomited.

Yea, I think they finally figured it out.. A question like that would've worked for a laugh 6 months ago... Not as much anymore but I wouldn't put it past a couple on here..

O'reilly had to bring him to his show and bust him out.. haha. They couldn't figure it out for themselves..

Because they're not stupid, and they take this country's political process seriously unlike him. He just appeals to the mall zombies who want to sit around getting stoned and giggling.
