I have a 1968 U.S. Dime (no mint marking) with nothing on the back. The back of the dime almost has a "nipple" in the center. It is a slightly raised circle that is shinier than the rest of the back.

It does not appear to have been sanded or removed. Does anybody know of any mint mistakes on these dimes or know if this is worth anything?

A coin dealer needs to see it, a scan or photo would be nice, both sides. It doesn't sound like any error coin I have ever heard of. A description however is not like actually seeing it. People do the darnedest things to coins, it has been that was for a long time. See if an error coin dealer is in your area, If not. take it to at least 2 dealers, so you can weigh their opinions.

Only a qualified Coin Collector Dealer would give you accurate information concerning rarity and going price for your oddity.
