I live in Japan and there are LOADS of places you can get a massage. Yes, you can find lots of seedy 'massage' places, too, but it's perfectly normal to get a good massage (i.e. a massage and not anything 'else'...) quite cheaply. I'm sure if you look around wherever you live (even try sports centres and sports massage) you can find something.
