I just can not believe he said "America had it coming" in reference to 9/11. I wonder how his handlers are going to spin that fiasco.

Yes. Guliani hit him with a monster uppercut that got the biggest audience applause of the night.

When attempting to recover, his answer had nothing to do with Guliani's assertion.

Effectively, any chance or face he hoped to have coming out of this debate is now gone. He by far is the biggest loser and might as well fade off now before he looks worse.

I don't agree that we had it coming in the sense that we deserved it, but I would say that we certainly could have done a better job foreseeing an attack of some kind, even if not this particular kind. The failure to respond goes as far back as Jimmy Carter, and the failure to even notice the trend by the media goes on even today.

Had it coming, no, should have foreseen some kind of domestic attack, yes.

Ron Paul is right, even Michael Savage said this on the day 9/11 happened.. Michael had been saying for years before 9/11 that one day we're gonna get attacked, we leave the boarders open and we get into business we shouldn't be getting into.. Everyone accused him of being a right wing nut..

Go figure..

You guys are all hating on him...but what if he is right? huh?

Ever consider that our presence across the world is spawning all the hate we get? I bet you if we left everyone alone, we wouldn't have to worry about terrorism.

And just to set the record straight, Ron Paul has never said anything about 9/11 being an inside job. never.

I am not a fan of Ron Paul or Fox News, so I don't know if Paul was set up by Fox, or just was off his game

yeah, I think Ron Paul was the big looser. I didn't know much about him until tonight, and it seems like he would be a better Democrat candidate. He had some legitimate points.

Oh how I wish Newt Gingrich would put himself in the race. He is the man who understands history and how it impacts our world and the decisions we make today.
