Is this from the Kazackstan High School? You need to have better use of English grammar. The buffer solution maintains a stable pH in which the titration can proceed. Otherwise, the acid or base swing may render the titration useless. The NH4Cl part of the solution opposes the effect of hydroxyl ion by forming ammonia(NH4OH), and the NH3 part of the solution opposes the effect of H+ by forming NH4+ ion.

ammonia is a weak base so you could tell when you are mixing it with an acid. when you have mixed enough and the PH is 7 you know that the titration is complete. you mix acids with bases to neutralize them
