A rainbow, finding out everything you bought is on sale, a child's laughter, a lingering kiss from someone you love, a warm ray of sun on an otherwise cloudy day, a yard full of bluebells, Friday and payday all in one.

Grandma's perfume. Her necklaces she got from her mom and grandma, her knowledge, her sourdough bread. How her house feels so safe with the Lord and how she prays with you when you're at her house(even if you're not a Christian). The way she watches "House Hunters" on a regular schedule and how you have to teach her how to use a Windows 98. The emails she sends you when you get her to learn it. How I always eat everything in the house and she doesn't mind! lol. Her piano that she plays when grandpa the grouch is in the barn. Cartoons and cereal in the mornings. Wearing clothes you have especially for her house. The pantyhose she makes you wear to church. Her humanness when you get old enough to understand certain situations. Her stories she tells of boyfriends and sock-hops. I love grandma's house.

My grand daughter,who is 4 1/2 say's Grandma I love you.My husband of 39 years hugs me spontaneously.The Blue bird eats from the feeder on the back porch.A beautiful horse runs across a field.Flowers bloom in my garden that I planted.
