As of today, 1 $ is 1.472 YTL (New Turkish Lira)

So, 1.000.000 YTL makes around 680.000 $.

The highest denomination Turkish banknote currently in circulation is the 100 New Turkish Lira, so your 1 Million Lira banknote belongs to the obsolete Lira monetary system used before 2005. Turkey has since 1st January 2005 been using the new currency system, with 1 Million old Liras redeemable for 1 New Turkish Lira. Banks outside Turkey won't be accepting the old Liras anymore, so your banknote doesn't have any value in the US. It does, however, retain some collectors value in the range of $1 to $3, in used up to uncirculated condition.
