All the time! I am addicted! I tell myself, I am just going to check my email "real fast" or I am going to look at this "real fast" and then I end up doing this and that and the next thing I know, I have been online for hours. I find myself on here when I know I have tons of other things I need to be doing.

Um, what is everyday? Maybe a better question would be "When doesn't the Internet ruin your daily schedule?" And the answer to that would be never.

Every day. And even though I use it for work related purposes, I get distracted and end up surfing a LOT of the times. Sometimes I just can't move from in front of the computer to do anything. I am addicted.

iniatilly it will be too much for your skin try to alternate weekly you will find better results and less pain
