Of course!!! He caught jellyfish with Spongebob, helped him become and entrepreneur by selling chocolate, has always given him advice, and been at his side, whether it was blowing bubbles or playing "hooky". He even taught Spongebob how to be fancy! That right there is a good friend.

no, he is mean to him a lot--like the time he wouldn't show him what was inside his secret box--and it turned out to be an embarassing pic of spongebob...or the time he made spongebob act dumb so his parents would think patric was smarter than someone....so i'd say patrick is not a very good friend to spongebob!

when u think about it you would find that the answer is no.
CZ when Patrick thinks that spongebob ate his chocolate or lollipop he go crazy and starts accusing spongebob and not listen to what spongebob haven't say.

Patrick is really only real friend, even though they might fight or something else, they always end up happy together as friends, so Patrick is a not a good friend, he is a great friend, his one true friend.

Yea, except he isn't very smart and wasn't helpful when Spongebob lost his name tag. But I think he tries to help spongebob so yes, he's a good friend : )

well, sometimes because one time patrick took bob's job i would keep a eye on him, also they did have sex, went out for a while, go on youtube write spongebob and patrick

They're animated cartoon characters, and are simply reading the script. The actors work together, but have their own lives once they leave the set & special effects behind. Of course, they have to stay in the water because they'd dry out & die otherwise, but they really don't hang out together that much.
