I'd ask him to find someone who had a severely burned or otherwise mutilated face, and give my free surgery to that person. Seriously. I'm no drop-dead gorgeous guy or anything, but I don't think I need plastic surgery.

The above 2 responders are correct. Plastic surgeons in residency are supervised by senior doctors while they are learning. This is common in all teaching/university hospitals. By the time a plastic surgeon has finished residency, they are on their own but patients are no longer guinea pigs, the doctors have been fully trained.

well...when I lose these nagging 50 lbs...I want to have my breasts done. Not implants...but I want them to be perked up a little bit. (I've breastfed three babies, and losing and gaining weight for the past 6 years has been hard on my body...but my boobies in particular.

Hmm..I'm not sure if it would be considered plastic surgery, but I'd get one of those chemical peels done. Or dental surgery related I'd get my teeth straightened (they're bad at all, I just want them to be pefect).
