because those cruel sign-makers are discriminating against cute and fuzzy bunnie wabbits.the nerve! deers are elitist tramps and favored due to that bambi movie.

Well i would say it is because the accident rate of a deer to a rabbit. Also there is more danger in a deer in a road then a rabbit. A rabbit can be run over and no damage and when a deer is hit it will total you car or truck 75% of the time!

Deers cross and rabbits hop. U wouldn't want to confuse the rabbits would u? How do u ressurect roadkill bunnies.

A deer can total a car. A rabbit just causes a car to go bump.

Rabbits don't tend to freeze while crossing a roadway, don't total your car, and don't come in herds. Because they are closer to the ground, they stand a good chance of being in the middle when the car passes over and misses, but not always, obviously.

'Cause a rabbit won't mack your car up like a deer. It also won't kill you physically if you flatten a bunny. Just hurts mentally.
