No dwelling on pain serves no good purpose

It depends on what kind of pain. Childbirth pain is forgotten as soon as the child is born. Because the fruit of the labor is so precious to our hearts and souls.
A pain from a broken appendage lasts longer cause even after weeks of healing pain then you must bear the pain of using that appendage again and stretch out unused muscles and fibers.
The pain of a broken heart last the longest as our emotions are not nearly as easily mended.

When something is truly painful we never forget. We stop talking about it, find ways to mask it or to make it better in any way we can and we move on.

Life is too short to dwell on the past.

Of Course, until it comes back around. Yea, they eat all they want until their stomach hurts and swear they never will again, but they do. They get their heart broken and swear they will never love again, but they do.... it is all too easy to forget...

i totally think that! Women alwys say how much giving birth hurts but then they go on having more children. I dont understand it.
