I do my best not to argue.
I just say I'm sorry.
And I am sorry.
Sorry that we disagreed.
Not always sorry as in "I was wrong"

Both actually....but perhaps more on what the person did wrong, because my reason for arguing has to have a point...and it cant just be based on how hurt i feel...so i just try to talk about whatever the actual reason is for the argument and not focus on things of the past or my feelings because they´re irrelavant in this case.

Doesn't sound like an argument. Sounds like a hissy fit. I don't waste my time on feelings or right or wrong. Arguments for me are questions of who thinks what and once I know what the other person thinks the argument it over for me.

It really depends on the argument but I have learned that talking about how I feel is more effective.

I look for forgiveness and confort not to make some one feel bad so i emphasize on my feelings
