Okay for the first person that answered This is a questions sight for people to get answers. The second person MAME is an emulator and has roms of old arcade games. Person 3 why pay for play or allow ads and spyware on your computer. And Lastly Bluefire is 100% right about 99.99999% of roms. The legal aspect is one that most people are concerned with, NOT as long as you are not selling MAME or ROMs.

Well that honestly depends on what kind of Emulator and ROM you are looking for. Here's an emualtor for Gameboy Advance and a site where you can download multiple roms:

It is not illegal to download game boy emulator games.

just type it into google and most likely u will find a good site to download the games u want, there are so many, emulators are easier to find though.

Word of advice though, they are slightly illegal. You have to actually own the game for it not to be illegal, thus making emulators kind of pointless...
