See if your county assessor or recorder has information online. If they do you can search the address. Check http://www.landaccess.com and see if your county is one of those that they service (they are one of the larger county government providers). If none of that works, put the address in Google and see what comes up. Finally, you may have to actually go to the county courthouse. Even that may not give you a name if the property is in a corporate name or a trust. If the property is in a corporate name, you can get the officers of the corporation from your secretary of state. If it is in a trust, find out where the tax bills are being sent and then look up that address in the assessor's database.

You could try something really novel. Why don't you ask the people living there who they pay rent to. That should give a real good starting place.
