No. It's a totally different chemical compound and would kill your fish.

It would depend on what kind of pool clarifier it was and it's chemical formula. However, I would suggest checking with your nearest PetSmart or even Lowes Home Improvement or Home Depot. They should have something that should cut down on algal blooms and be safe for the fish. Goldfish in particular are extremely resiliant and survive a lot of abuse. Most of the approved clarifiers that you will find at PetSmart or Lowes include a dye that helps block the sunlight from reaching the algae despite the large amounts of nitrogen that are no doubt in the water from the goldfish waste. It would also help (if you have a pump in your pond/pool) to clean out your pump fairly regularly. The algal mass you will likely remove is a great fertilizer. I hope that helps.

No, steer clear of pool chemicals in your goldfish pond. Copper (used in some clarifiers) is toxic to fish in high doses as is chlorine (which is toxic in ppb (parts per billion) and pool chemicals are too harsh for ponds with living things in them.

You didn't say what is clouding your pond. If it's algae, then there are many algaecides available for ponds, but if your pond has live plants, be very careful as it can kill them (you might have to remove them temporarily). If it's clay or mud, a simple thing to try is plain mulch hay, the clay will likely bind to the hay. You can then collect the hay at the bottom of the pond (or let it decompose if it's a larger pond).

Definitely not!

Only use chemicals approved for use in ponds with fish and plants, otherwise you could kill not only the fish, but everything in your pond.

Go check at a petstore, and see what they recommend.
