Hi. I have a Mortgage Orginator licsense in WV and would like some suggestions on how to make some $$$$ with it.
Make money, meaning you don't have to pay to get in with a company, been here and done that...

Originate loans. You get paid for all the ones you do.

I would say that you are up the proverbial creek. You have the licsense and I have ti assume that you have some experience, at least you say been there, done that. Well 99.9% of us out here haven't been there or done that so why are you asking us if you are the expert with the licsense?

You need to prospect (find) leads. There are lead companies out there but you need to be under a mortgage broker so you are covered for any legal matters that may come up.
