I used to live in the Philippines, it has an awesome cultural background, the people are great, and its history is full of fantastic turns. Although, you can't beat the entertainment and Lifestyle of Japan. I think S. Korea is also an excellent chapter of American capitalism, however i hope you don't get too comfortable with the Chicoms and Vietnamese.
