How to lead with Confidence?

Confidence comes from believing that you can do something. To make it easier to believe you can do something try-
Before you do anything, create a list of objectives both short term and long term and mark off things you've done as time goes by. It helps you to remind yourself of what you've done a good job on.

1. If you have little experience, take on easy tasks.
2. Remove stressful people around you. Make sure you listen to people, but the blame-game gets you nowhere.
3. Lead by example.
4. Delegate the workload!!!! Leadership positions usually involve little work involving the project or job.
5. Create a chain-of-command so that responsibility is shared.

And remember, Leaders fail too! THE LESS STRESS YOU HAVE THE MORE CONFIDENT YOU WILL BE

Humility is the key to confidence. Be humble. Be not afraid to admit you don't know something. This removes all 'pressure' and allows you to lead with confidence.
