You can get information regarding government grants from your local housing authority. Most medium to large cities have a housing authority (the city that my mother lives in has about 80,000 people and they have one) and all counties in the US have one. There are links to each State, County and City housing authority on the HUD website:

You can also find out all government grant programs for any reason and from any government source by searching the Catalog for Federal Domestic Assistance at:

Talk to the Department of Housing and Urban Development. There is usually one in most cities accross the U.S. There are many homes that can be purchased with little or no down payment. You have to be patient but they will help you out. That's what they are there for!! As far as a grant. I am afraid that I am one of the people that don't know.
Hud will loan money on a 401 k which advances you money to fix up older homes. good luck

If you are hunting for government grant(s) in SINGAPORE to buy a house to fulfill your wildest dreams then I must tell you to dream on.

There's no such grant available & nothing is free here. Only closest you can get is CPF housing loan charged at a low interest rate as compared to the banks.

Hope that helps.

It is AMAZING how many places Marty lives!

Do not contact online predators. Spammers, like Marty from Premier Loan Sharks, are wanting to prey upon your situation, not help. You can suffer worse then financial lose, you could be giving your credit information to an identity thief and suffer for years to come. It is especially hard to deal with if you deal with anothercountry, there is no way to know where someone online is really located and if you have any legal rights if they steal from you.

Just remember that you are not getting this from "the government" but the tax payers.
