How do you download ringtones?

I have a virgin mobile cyclops. I went to this site buildatone.com and it gave me a url for it. How do I change that and make it a ringtone on my cell?

use windows movie maker then transfer the finished song to ur phone throuhg bluetooth or the phone cable
