Get back? Well quite some time. Answer lots of questions with good informative answers. Vote for undecided answers and keep your questions to a minimum. Look for topics you excel in and try to obtain a lot of best answers. 24127 more points until lvl 7 good luck. =]

What did you do or say to get suspended?
Is it because of your age? I will have to read through the rules again ..
Depends on how many answers you do .. could take a few months to get back up to 7.
