I have 2 children and my spouse won't make a commitment to live with us what should I do?

Question is does he live in the same city??? If so what is he hiding.. My husband and I live in different cities because of work. But he needs to commit... If he can make the children then he needs to help in raising them. If not CHILD SUPPORT!!!

you can't change anyone else.
