I know I have different emotional actions/reactions at certain times of the month, and I know my physiology is affecting my mind to a certain degree, and for the most part I understand this is happening, but at others, I forget, and get into this emotional funk (like feeling as if I can't keep two thoughts together, yet still functioning at work and home) I'm beginning to wonder if these changes and differences have been with me all along and I never noticed? Or are they becoming more pronounced, and one day, I'm going to snap or something. Explaining this nebulous feeling to a physician just seems like I'm complaining about something imaginary.

You would so not be complaining at all if u talked to a doctor/therapist. Whatever you do, don't let it get really bad. Remember that your mental health is ultimately controlled by you. By that I mean that you can get help and request to be put on some medicine if you need it. I unfortunately speak from personal experience. Talk to other people around you and see what they think. That should help you out a great deal.

When I went crazy I hallucinated 3 times, started thinking irrationally/dillusionally, and had horrible mood swings. I let my situation get bad, though. (BTW I am not that crazy, realistically, I am just bipolar...) People miss there own symptoms sometimes until they can think clearly about it. I am on meds and now i am as sane as sane can be. Talk to the people around you and see what they say.

You should never be afraid to ask your doctor about what concerns you. This, I believe, is very typical when you are going through high stress and/or many changes. It is also becoming more and more apparent that adults are suffering from ADD than once thought. A doctor, if he or she is worth the money at all, will see the connection of what you are saying with stress and internal needs. Yes, it feels like you are going to snap, for good reason. Your nerves are on edge. If you are sensitive/empathic (in other words pick up on the emotions of those around you easily), you will feel even more stress. Think about what triggers this feeling that the thoughts are slipping away. When does this occur the most? Write down each and every instance in a diary. Explain how you were feeling. Take this diary to your doctor and go over it in detail. Don't be afraid to say anything at all, because it is your well-being that is most important.

nicely, if the voices do no longer difficulty you, in case you're no longer in any danger, and you're taking section in them, i do no longer probably think of you have a project right here. in case you opt to tell somebody, I wold in basic terms it seems that state what's happening. If I had to wager, i could say you re an adolescent. no longer a dig in any sort of way, this is in basic terms that teenaged minds attempt out new and engaging how you will get issues completed. there is no reason that this could't comprise voices. this is tremendously probably that those voices are sides of your character being expressed in an autonomous style. Sounds fairly cool, to me. If this starts to be stricken you, tell somebody. in any different case, the team homework deal sounds like a competent one, and you do no longer could desire to difficulty approximately boredom with voices to entertain you.

As you drive down the highway..You may see a green and white sign that reads "Crazy...Next exit" "Food, Gas Lodging...." I've often thought the same thing. Physiologically....Balance seems to be your issue. You may need a break..Once a day..At peace with you and only you..Meditate, Read the Bible.....And RELAX....Odds are, you are not going crazy...You just need to relax and think about what's important...God Bless You And Best wishes.

Do you sometimes catch yourself thinking aloud ??? Have you recently become more and more forgetful ??? Does your head feel like it's going to pop... like your blood pressure is going through the roof ??? If so, you are a candidate for a nice, stress free vacation !!! You need to get away from the "norm" for a short period of time to refresh and renew your mental status... take a week and go somewhere tropical... and try to take it easy !!!

Maybe try and keep a log of how you feel each day. Then, if you decide to speak with your physician, you then have it somewhat written out and can possibly find the words to explain it.

CRAZY IS A TERM THAT HAS TOO BROAD A MEANING. IT SOUNDS TO LIKE YOU ARE VERY INTROSPECTIVE AND ARE TRYING TO SECOND GUESS AND ANALIZE EVERYTHING YOU DO. YOU SHOULD TALK TO A COUNSELOR AND LIGHTEN UP ON YOURSELF A LITTLE.

If you can tell you're going crazy, then you're not.
